Holland Imes

My name is Holland Imes and I am currently a student at Middle Tennessee State University.  I am working towards a dual degree in Interdisciplinary Media and Psychology and I plan to further my education in graduate school with a degree in Media and Communication Studies.  From there, I hope to move out to Los Angeles and get involved in the entertainment industry as a social media specialist.

 

I am a lover of animals (especially dogs!), photography, and traveling.  I have a 3 year old Westie puppy named Bentley and he is the most rambunctious little fella I’ve ever seen.  He also possesses a few cat-like tendencies.  Photography is one of my more recent hobbies but has quickly turned into a passion.  I am the official photographer of my friend group and I wear that title proudly.  One day I hope to take my photography to a whole new level as I travel and explore the world through my camera lens.

 

 

 As for my interest in psychology, it all started when I took a general psychology class to meet a general education requirement.  I quickly fell in love with the class and decided to change my major!  After declaring my concentration in Social Psychology, I hope to utilize my knowledge of how other people influence the way that we think, and combine it with my passion for social media management.
